Advantages: Styling, Cost, Lovely Hob. Disadvantages: Fan oven a bit over enthusiastic.
...This is by no means a cheap cooker, but everything on it oozes quality. All the buttons and dials switch and turn positively, with no play in them at all. Visually the cooker looks stunning, with halogen hobs, and the usual array of sizes and half /full rings. The cooker has a top and a bottom oven. The top oven doubles as a grill, and both have the benefits of a backlight and fan operation. The Zanussi cooks quickly and evenly; in fact it is so efficient especially with the fan oven that you may need to take about 10% the cooking times. The purchase cost was £600 including a good deal on a 5-year warranty thrown in for free....

Advantages: Looks good Disadvantages: Very poor reliability and customer service
...I bought one of these ovens in May 2001. In the four and a half years that I've owned it, it has broken down seven times. The oven is broken now. If I were to have it repaired again it would bring the total spent on repairs to nearly £1000. I think that this is unacceptable as there are not really any moving parts and it's not really possible to misuse an oven. To add insult to injury, Zanussi/Electrolux obviously think that this level of reliability is acceptable as they refuse to compensate me. Their best offer was a discount on another of their appliances. It's a shame because the oven is actually very good when it works. Its features are excellent. Personally, I will steer well clear of Zanussi / Elecrolux products in future. I would advise others to do the same given the poor service on offer....

Advantages: Spout delivers hot water for making other beverages (e.g. cup of tea) quicker than a kettle for 2 cups Disadvantages: Making many cups of coffee (i.e. above 4) it is quicker to use a kettle
