Advantages: Eco friendly Disadvantages: none to speak of yet!!
We purchased this washing machine in July via the internet from Curry's as our old Zanussi had finally ground to a halt. We paid approximately £320 for the new Zanussi but this included the removal of the old machine. On receiving it I was a bit daunted at first by the different numbers on the dial but on reading the instruction manual provided and once I started using it I found the Zanussi very easy and efficient to use. There are Eco friendly facilities that allow for a maximum wash at minimal use plus a combination of other washes that I haven't had a chance to use yet. From my point of view the the overall performance from the Zanussi is excellent, it is easy to use and also very quiet. I would recommend this washing machine to anyone. ...

Advantages: Reasonable running costs, looks different to anything else, performance, reliability Disadvantages: Ride comfort, some servicing costs

It was once left over winter for seven weeks on the drive in freezing temperatures and snow but as soon as ...

Advantages: Good all round performance and environmentally friendly Disadvantages: None worth mentioning so far
It's been over six months since I've been using the Zanussi-Electrolux ZWF 16281. It is a free standing 1600 rpm washing machine in a white finish with dimensions of (H)85.0 x (W)60.0 x (D)60.0 cm. It seems a well constructed aappliance and I suppose by today's standards it was a reasonable price (Just over three hundred quid). It certainly washes clothes to my satisfaction and wash loads on the whole seem to take the same length of time as my parent's Zanussi ZWC 1300.
When buying electrical appliances these days I always take into account environmental and energy efficiency related issues and the ZWF16281 certainly meets my expectations in this department. It comes with an A rated energy rating, an A rated wash performance an A rated spin performance. I think the wash performance related to how much water the machine uses ...
