Zanussi Washing Machine Having owned this washing machine for eight years now, I think I am able to give it quite an indepth review. I bought this washing machine from a catalogue company and at the time I paid just over £400 for it. I received this machine as a replacement for the model which preceded it. My previous machine broke down 3 times just 2 months out of warranty, and by the 3rd time it was not economically viable to repair. The problems I encountered were drain pump failure (due to the machine eating socks and other small items!) and eventual failure of the electronic front panel. Zanussi Customer Care was fantastic, replacing the original machine with this one free of charge (after a fairly heavy complaint letter), and so far, so good - it appears to be fine. Excellent washing machine with easy assembly and easy to use controls. All the options required of a modern washing machine are included. It has delayed start, spin control, temperature control, several very useful programmes and the noise is less than a few other washing machines I have seen. The only thing I would have liked in it is the max spin speed. It spins up to a maximum of 1000 rpm. Still the clothes are not too wet after going for a spin. It can take 6 kg load which has always been enough for our family of 4. Probably not big enough for a larger family. I have used this machine for ... more
