Zapf Baby Annabell Doll

In the run up to Christmas last year, my then 3 year was bombarded with TV adverts for dolls that cried tears, dolls that wet their nappies, and dolls that had red cheeks and needed medical attention. And being the age that she was, she was very taken with these adverts and kept asking for a 'baby that cries', so we ended up getting her a Baby Annabell for Christmas. My daughter loves baby dolls and was lucky enough to receive a Baby Annabell doll from one of her aunties. I say lucky because these retail for about £45 but I have to say its the best doll she has ever owned. She has got quite a few other baby dolls but I think Annabell is very realistic looking and also the right weight for a newborn baby too. My daughter loves Baby Annabell and she has had one for a couple of years but one day she decided to give her doll a bath as her cousin was given her doll a bath as she had baby born. Even though I told her not to she still did and the doll no longer worked properly it work intermittently. I bought this for my daughters second birthday as she seemed to be getting into dolls ect, and she just had a ne brother to grow used to. Its RRP is around 40 pounds but in sales it can be found for about half that. It is a really clever doll in my opinion, when you turn it on it babbles and gurggles and has a sound recognition thing it in so it turns its head in the direction of where someone is talking... although sometimes ive found this a little creepy haha.
