I was very dubious about using this, but it came to me as a present so I dutifully went to my pc and tried it out. I followed the instructions (very simple) and installed the software on the pc, plugged it in and it worked straight away. The software needs to connect to the internet to download some updates, but it is all automatic and easy to follow. Once installed, you choose the preset configuration for the game you are about to play and it automatically changes the keys from the default on running the game. This means that all the keys are set within easy reach of your left hand, and the angle of the board makes it really comfortable.
