Advantages: fast for an inkjet Disadvantages: picture quality can vary
...they will run into each other causing the picture to look, in some cases, terrible. However when you use the high resolution paper you will find that they come out really clear, no runs and all the bright bits are bright and the dark is dark where it’s all meant to be.
RELIABILITY
I’ve never had a real problem with the printer other than trying to work out for ages why I was getting lines on the pictures I was printing on cheap paper. But once I worked that out it’s been fine. I’ve never had the paper jam up in the printer either which is really surprising as we use a HP laser at work and it’s always jamming up (although that does get a lot more use).
EASE OF USE
The printer is really easy to use it tells you on the top what buttons do what, such as feed paper, change cartridge etc. The software is self explanatory too, just put the cd...

Advantages: easy to use, small, light weight, good quality Disadvantages: Noisy, high supply cost in the long run, poor design
...I brought this printer in order to replace my old Canon S-400 printer which was broken for the reason that it is the cheapest Canon printer available in store.
On the one hand, the printer is easy to install and easy to use. Like many Canon bubblejet printers, I have to align the cartridge first and every time I replaced cartridge. Using the printer without aligning might cause in lower printing quality. I found that this £35 printer can produce the quality of not less than my old S-400 when print on plain papers, and even better when print on high-resolution/photo papers.
In addition, this Canon printer uses 2 ink cartridges; black and colour, which are placed in the "Tray". I don't exactly know what this tray is called specifically but that's the generic name of it for people nearby me. Canon bubblejet printers...

Advantages: Great price, good quality, fast, good looking Disadvantages: No compatible cartridges
.... The downside of this printer is, unlike the Canon s400 and BJC-3000, there is a combined colour cartridge, so if one of the three colours in there runs out, you have to change the whole cartridge. This is not too much of a handicap as you will find that the colours are used pretty evenly in normal printing.
I think I was a little seduced by the price I managed to buy this printer for, as despite what I said above about using compatible cartridges, I’ve gone a bought a printer that you cannot yet buy a compatible printer cartridge for, so I’m stuck with buying Epson own brand cartridges, which cost around £20 for a colour cartridge and £24 for a black cartridge. This is pretty expensive, but you can print up to 600 pages from a black cartridge, and up to 300 pages with a colour cartridge, which isn’t that bad. It works out...
