For those of you who aren't used to projector terminology, lumens are just a unit for the measure of how bright the bulb in a projector is (and lamp is just the correct term for a projector bulb) Now this isn't an amazing brightness, but the Sanyo PLC-SU20 (just as an example) works comfortably at 1200 lumens and around 1500 lumens is really what somebody new to projectors should probably be looking at. This review is about how I feel about the performance of this unit and then some hehehe. The Advantages: The Projector: This unit is VERY small (size of an A4 piece of paper) and very light and because of this I have no worries that it is going to fall out of the ceiling where it is mounted currently. When I bought mine it came with a very nice carry case that could hold the unit, remote and still had enough room to hold any papers or presentation materials you may have to use.
