Fujitsu Siemens are well known for their cheap laptops, and are also quite well known for making basic laptops and therefore don?t really have the best reputation in the market. However that is all changing now, instead of sticking to the mold of cheap basic laptops, there branching out and are starting to make ultra portable laptops that compete with sonys, and dells whilst being a lot cheaper too. There are basically three different types of Psion Series 5 palmtops (when you exclude the simpler REVOs), the original granite black coloured model, the special edition metallic green one and the more recent 5MX. There are very few differences other than aesthetical from the black to the green model; they share the same hardware specifications although the attractive green special edition did come with a brown leather case included. The 5MX comes with 16Mb as opposed to the 8Mb in-built EPROM memory the original models are equipped with.
