It is alot cleaner burning than other fluids as theres no messing around and trying to get the right amount just fill for five seconds stop and fill for another three. This product alone looks alot better on your shelf than other cheaper brands it's almost a delight to have it. The can is 125ml meaning it should last you some good months and being quite cheap you wont be emptying your wallet for some more.
How to use : First remove the insert from your zippo case, turn your insert upside down and hold open the felt pad, open the lighter fluid safety cap (you can use your zippo case lid to do so) slowly tip the fluid into the cotton balls by gently squeezing the lighter fluid can, hold for about 5 seconds and STOP. leave for around another 5 seconds and pour again, this time for 3 seconds. put the felt pad back down and replace the insert back into the case. shut the fluid can lid and return back to storage place for further use. always store the fluid in cool dry places with the lid shut other wise the fluid will evapourate.
SUMMARY this product beats any other fluids on the market and is worth the extra pennies i recommend it to any zippo enthusiasts.

...petrol lighters i found the zippo fuel to be by far the best because it lasts for weeks, unlike other brands that evapourate within a few days. presonaly i think it looks a lot more attractive than other brands. its definately worth paying the extra few pence
NOTE FOR ALL ZIPPO USERS: this is the only lighter fluid you can use in genuine zippo's or else it will void the gaurentee and you wont have the privilage of free repairs/replacements.
HOW ... ...up side down lift the felt pad, oped the spout on the cap of the fluid can (you can use the lighter case lid to do that) turn the fluid can up side down and gently squeeze for 5 seconds. let the cotton soak up the fluid for a few seconds then squeeze the can for another 5 seconds, replace the felt pad, put the insert back in the case and your lighter is all fueled up.

I love my zippolighter so much ive decided to write a review about it. Ive actually had 2 zippolighters and both have been fantastic. They are slightly pricer than the other brands of refillable lighters on the market but worth every penny. They come in a variety of designs and colours and all have a lifetime guarantee for repairs so should in theory last forever. The replacement flints and lighterfluid can be picked up cheaply in any supermarket or newsagents. I havent ever had to send a zippolighter of mine off for repair as they are very dureable but it seems like a simple enough procedure that is fully explained in the manual. I would recommend spending that little bit extra and buying a quality product like a zippo. ...

the outer casing. The actual lighter is made up of two main parts the outer shell and the insert. The insert acts as a reservoir for the fuel and houses the flint wheel, cam spring, chimney and wick. It is the cam spring which 'snaps' the lid of the case open or closed and gives the unmistakable sound off a zippo. The chimney helps protect the flame from the wind making the zippo a wind proof lighter ( I have found this useful on many occasions ).
A zippo requires very little maintenance, all you have to do is refill the lighter with lighterfluid every 1-2 weeks depending on how much it is used. This task is very simple and easy all you have to do is remove the insert from the outer casing lift up the felt pad on the under side of the insert and pour a few squirts of fluid on to the rayon balls which soak up the fuel.
