Advantages: Doesn't dry skin out. Disadvantages: Did nothing to prevent or reduce my ingrown hairs
't unpleasant and vinegary like some, it smells not unlike washing up liquid with a hint of disinfectant. The dispenser is a bit hit and miss and tends to shoot it onto your clothes, the floor or anywhere else other than your hand, so I apply it directly to the bikini area while lying down. It is a pleasant silky texture but I find it tends to foam up when you try to massage it in. I really wanted to like this product and hoped it would be the end to my ingrownhair woes. Sadly, this was not the case. After two weeks use I have three large inflamed bumps on the bikini area, one of which appears to have become infected. I've got some TendSkin back on order, as its disadvantages pale in comparison to this product. Princereigns was not the Prince Charming of products that I had hoped for. The only advantages was that it didn't dry my skin out ...
Advantages: Cleared up my Ingrown Hairs and gave back some self esteem. It works! Disadvantages: Some may consider it to be pricey but it is a serum that lasts for months
I spent an age looking for a product for razor burns and ingrownhair. After trying a number products and methods to try and combat the problem I began what many people do to try and use Google as a GP. It took me a while but I finally tracked down Princereigns IngrownHair Serum in the US and after reading a number of reviews on amazon.com and others I purchased a bottle. The product comes in a glass bottle with a liquid dispenser and lasts me between 2-3 months. It appears to absorb into the skin instantly without any nasty smells or burning. According to their website it is used by models and celebrities. Well their secret is out. I recently ordered a bottle on ebay.co.uk from SeasonalTrends. My wife and her friends now swear by it too... ...
Advantages: Heat very quickly, Thin irons are perfect for men and women Disadvantages: None
After having very short and spiky hair for most of my teens and early 20's, I decided earlier this year that I need a change and decided to grow my hair.
When it got to a certain length, I purchased a pair of £20 straighteners from a supermarket. Being the 'typical' man, I decided that straighteners were straighteners, and I was not going to pay over the odds for a product that would no doubt do the job just as well.
After getting sick and tired of waiting about 5 minutes for my straighteners to heat up, and about 45 minutes trying to get my hair straight, I decided on the recomendation of my friend to purchase a pair of the GHD mini thin straighteners.
They come in a neatly presented box, with quite stylish packaging. The box had instructions on how to use and safety advice, which I would recomend reading due to the heat factor ...
