ZoneAlarm, well known in the world of anti virus software, offers a free version, which in itself is a useful firewall aiding the user against under the surface acivities and invasive viruses.
The Pro version is even better. It has the added advantage that comes with paying for the product. Increased security against evading tricks used by hackers, even tracking the hacking to its source address. Emphasis on privacy, its protection from websites trying to steal your information.
Unlike the ZoneAlarm, the Pro decides automatically which networks can be trusted.
Prevents annoying alerts and blocks pop-up ads and comes down hard on email viruses and worms.

As a free ZoneAlarm user I was wondering whether to upgrade or not. Your review could do with more details on the differences between the two. If you rewrite let me know and I'll re-rate.
