I purchased a cage from Zooplus four months ago which arrived broken. The replacement was sent even more severely damaged due to ridiculous methods of packing the item for delivery. They missed the collection date for the second item. They then quoted a 6-8 week wait for a new replacement item. It has so far been 3 months. Dear All,
Ordered a Eheim Aquatic Vacuum cleaner. After 3 weeks, the internals began making a grating noise then the item went completely kaput. I returned the item for a replacement, as the one sent was inherently faulty. After a month I've had no replacment. Very Very Poor Customer service.
Electrical items use two pin plugs and adaptor supplied is giagantic and not practical when space is at a premium..from my point of view.
The Eheim is submersible ... ...The aquarium water does become cloudy during use, this is mentioned in the instructions, but this is collected in the filter and clears after a couple of hours.
Shame the quality is poor
With this battery-operated gravel cleaner (batteries are included), you can clean the floor of your aquarium easily, even between water changes. The power of the device is so designed that dirt is taken up without disturbing the gravel and its purifying bacteria. ...

Advantages: none in my experience Disadvantages: No customer service, they take the money with no idea of when they can deliver.
I ordered a bed form Zooplus online on 5/3/09. They took the money from my account on 6/9 but I received no email saying when I would receive the bed so I emailed them on 11th March to ask. I got a reply saying that there had been technical difficulties and they were unable to tell me when they could provide the dog bed but that they were grateful for my patience!!! I immediately asked them for a refund and i got a reply telling me that the bed had ... ...it was in transit. Today is the 17th and I still have not received the dog bed so I emailed them again asking for my money back. I was again told that it had been posted and they were unable to refund! I then rang the company - when it did eventually ring out, it rang for about 20 seconds then went dead. I then emailed them and asked for someone to ring me back immediately.........................still waiting, still no bed, still no money! This ...

I use Zooplus all the time and find it incredibly efficient . The website is very easy to navigate. There are a huge range of products in stock, although I only stick to the cat goods due to recently aquiring two kittens! I ordered a 'cat tree' amongst other things which turned out to be a huge piece of furniture! They had by far the best variety, so it seemed natural to buy from them. They tend to send their smaller products from within the UK, ... ...They also have a great tracking system so you can see exactly where your parcel is.
Overall I find Zooplus to be a great company - they manage to keep a good balance of fun and efficiency. Their customer service is rapid and informative- a must in my book! ...

Quick review of Zooplus
Bad. I paid and they never delivered. The security of the paiment is inexistant, I wrote to AMEX for some explanation, Communication is complicated and no phone number. They are in Germany, what can you do?
I will never go to that sire again and advise anyone to take care. ...
