I got this for Christmas last year (2011) and I absolutely love it! My mum paid around £27 for it in Sainsbury's! There is plenty of stuff to do for everybody, there is the easy / beginner levels... more

4 Stars Belt up...and shake your booty! Review with images 19/07/2011

    Advantages Advantages FUN!!!!

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Only one belt.

Close the curtains...I don't want the neighbours to see! I am becoming a huge fan of the fantastic and diverse range of fitness games for the Wii console. Ever since my first, tentative attempts on Wii fit a couple of years ago, I have been bouncing, dancing and boxing my way to fitness without ever having to set foot into a sweaty gym, and seeing great results, having lost nearly a stone and a half in weight playing them! The latest addition to my ever expanding collection is Zumba Fitness for the Wii, which has its own unique method of gameplay due to a special belt that you wear during ... more

    5 Stars 1,2,3 - Zumba! 19/01/2012
    User recommends the product

Advantages Advantages Lots of fun, Fantastic music, Brilliant & energetic dances, Great price with the belt included

Disadvantages Disadvantages Some sensitivity issues, the colour changing graphics made it hard to see what the moves were

I got Zumba off the internet after I went to a house party and had such a good time playing it. I had always wanted to get the Zumba game, but didn’t think I would use it, so I’ve been putting it off and telling myself that it will be money wasted. But after having played it at the house party my mind instantly changed, it was absolutely brilliant and I could see that in actual fact, I would get a lot of use out of it. So the next day I surfed the internet and managed to order it off of Amazon for £20. Packaging The Zumba game and belt came in a box with the trademark Zumba image on it of a ... more

Advantages Advantages fun to play, good workout, nice grpahics, fun music

Disadvantages Disadvantages Not able to tell if correct

I go to a Zumba clas at my local gym a couple of times a week, and I have done so for some time now, so when I was shown the Zumba game for the Wii, I was very interested and I decided to give it a go. I enjoy the Zumba classes very much, so I was hoping that I would enjoy the game just as much. I love the music and the style of dancing that Zumba brings me, and if I could also recreate that fun at home, I would be even happier. The game comes with a Zumba waist belt, which you fasted around your waist with the velcro on the straps, and this is basically where you need to store the Wii remote ... more

Advantages Advantages Fun, gets you nice and sweaty and works your muscles.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Fiddling with the belt, takes a while to get into the routines.

After a conversation with some friends recently I decided that I really liked the sound of a new fitness craze currently happening called Zumba, though after one of them did a small demonstration of what it involved at the zumba class she attends I soon changed my mind (booty shaking is ok for those that don’t have a booty that shakes just sitting down!). After seeing this Wii version advertised not long after I realised that I could get this, still be effectively exercised, without the pressure of feeling foolish when I can’t keep up! Within this pack you get not only the Wii zumba ... more

Advantages Advantages Easy to follow, cheaper than a class, fun

Disadvantages Disadvantages No belt sold individually

I have become what you may call a Zumba addict over the last few months going to up to 5 classes a week which cost me between £3.50 and £4 per go its a healthy habit but it is turning out to be an expensive one to. For those of you who don't know Zumba is a fun dance fitness workout which uses a variety of dance styles - hip hop, reggaeton, salsa, calypso to name but a few and during a class you perform a variety of routines using these moves. I attend some classes which use all what I call Zumba music and other classes which use a mix of Zumba and modern music. Every teacher is different but ... more
