I am absolutely disgusted with the company and the service. We ahve insured with them twice now, the first time they stopped taking our payments out of the bank and we unwittingly drove for 6 months uninsured, this year they done the same but when we pulled them on the money that was not taken they have now demanded all the monthly payments that were due at once, which we do not have, The staff are unhelpful they just leave your wuery until you have to call them back a few weeks later to check that they have sorted it, and it turns out that they have not, the garage they use if your car breaks down are just as bad, they promised us a hire car by the time I finished work so I did not arrange a lift and was stranded miles away with no lift as they had not brought the car to us, no warning, I think the insurers are absolutely disgraceful and we have done it all through a brookers called bennets, so I would advice you to never insure through them.
