Advantages: none Disadvantages: never got the goods paid for
Unfortunately I chose to shop at Alan and Barrys as in the past they had provided me with the goods I paid for. This time, they took my money straight away but no goods. I was phoning daily and speaking to 'Customer Services' who had no access to PC or anybody that could help. They never phoned me back or responded to emails. Advantages: not many in my opinion Disadvantages: no customer service, no reply's to phone calls or e-mails.
How long is it reasonable to have to wait for delivery of goods from an IT company like alanandbarryscrafts.com??? I am not alone in my complaints about this company, I run craft clubs and several of my members have had the same problems. IE non delivery of orders. Personally, I sent an order in on 17th July 09 for £17.99p not a massively large amount of money but like the rest of my members we are all elderly disabled people and our money has to ... ...of a reply, and in spite of numerous phone calls to customer service (a total misnomer,no service at all) which got me a person who"couldn't do anything because she was just an answer service for them and was over 200miles away from the company", and in spite of speaking to Barry himself who promised to sort it out personally or send me my money back over 4 weeks ago, I still have neither the goods or the money which was taken on the 18th July 09.
