Since placing an order off their web site, at the end of October 2009, I have only received two of the three items ordered. I have wrote two letters (both sent by Recorded Signed for delivery) numerous emails and tried to telephone them on many occasions. They do not reply to emails or leters and their telephone line, in my opinion, sounds like it has been disconected. I know that the product I have not received was only for £15.99p, but it is the principal that if you pay for goods, you should receive them. The matter is now in the hands of the Trading Standards Office. I hope this helps to all the unfortunate people who have purchased from this web site but not received their items. Needless to say I shall not be using this web site ever again!
