product is fine, admin and accounts dreadful

Advantages: Product prices are good, quick delivery
Disadvantages: If things go wrong they couldn't care less

I bought a dishwasher from this company recently, product arrived promptly, no issues with that. I was annoyed that I was buying this dishwasher anyway, as it was a replacement for an expensive Bosch one which failed 2 years and 1 month after purchase, i.e. so just out of warranty. I contact Bosch but they refused to do anything, and the repairs were just as much as a new one so I shopped around and found this site. And purchased one on line. So ...
...be installed! But when I received my credit card statement, it had been charged for twice. Two debits, same amount, same day. I have now rung twice, sent faxes twice, no one gets back to me. I object strongly to have to pay for this item twice to the credit card company to avoid paying interest on it. And to be fair, I really don't have that amount of extra money hanging around anyway. Should be appliances undirect

Advantages: None I can see so far
Disadvantages: Delivery

On the website they state products are in stock and will take up to 10 days to deliver however I have been waiting for 6 weeks now and still no news. They take your money straight away and do not prioritise any orders. You have to chase up to find out what is going on and the customer service team are very unhelpful on emails. Very Good Service

Advantages: Excellent Value for money, quick delivery
Disadvantages: Cant think of any

I came across this website by accident after trawling through some of the bigger names websites. Their prices are very competitive and their customer service is exceptional. Their delivery was prompt as promised, within 2 working days. In fact my television was delivered the next working day so I have no complaints there. Their website is clear and easy to understand. There is also a special offers section on there which has some very good deals ...
...and conditions which seem fair and reasonable. They also state their postal address, fax no and tel no which is important to me when dealing with online companies as I am always sceptical as to whether they do really exist!! There is also an invite on their website to visit their actual shop that is located in Derby! Another big advantage is that delivery is free- whatever you order!. ...
