I had bought half of the parts from aria as the other larger company in manchester had ran out of motherboards...and as it was xmas I decided on this Aria Company as the website looked good...It's ok if you don't have to go into aria and talk to a human but once you have a problem then I wouldn't go there to get it checked... Aria Technician was not welcoming...He couldnt help because he couldn't find my details online....even though I ordered online...He ... ...to find my info... Instead I went to the checkout and asked them the same thing and they looked it up and gave me my invoice...Though they were also moody... Anyway he tested the motherboard's USB that was making the keyboard flash...and said it's fine...and said next time he will charge me...He offered no ideas as to why it was doing this to me...and said he was busy... I am now left with annoying usb ports...and no reason why...My motherboard is ...

Advantages: Fast Delivery Disadvantages: everything else, burns holes in your pockets.
Ordered an Edge for my granddaughter great piece of kit the price was on a special with Aria first time I have used them so paid for a 22gb micro card to go with it price approx 32 all in. When the edge arrived that all there was ?no micro card so I rang to find out what had happened gave the order No etc and they explained that it was only the edge I had bought and it wasn't at a special price with the card. I argued it was still on the web site ... ...they would place £ 6.25 back into my account, still waiting even after emailing and calling again, thank god I never purchased the £700 of new equipment to build my new computer (it's back to Scan for me).
This company have no regard what so ever for the customer I will never buy or recommend to anyone, if they had refunded or done what they said they were going to do I wouldn't writing this.

Advantages: Good Selection, Super Specials, Quick Delivery Disadvantages: Very slow returns process
As many others have already stated, good until something goes wrong. I have a trade account with Aria so you'd think that might make a difference when items are faulty. Ordered 3 DSTT cards all 3 were for customers buying christmas presents. All three were faulty did the RMA request to return and paid £3.00 first class recorded delivery to return. Took them 7 days to sign for the returns, then another 5 days just to confirm they had received and ... ...faulty and email received stating found faulty and has been replaced please allow time for us to make these adjustments. Not received replacements yet, its now nearly the middle of February and my customers are still waiting for what was presents for kids for christmas. Although it won't stop me ordering from them again as orders are delivered on time and this is first time something has been faulty, they really do need to improve their returns procedures ...

Advantages: Great for masochistic shoppers. Disadvantages: Hope that you don't receive faulty goods.
Positives: Aria have a good selection of stock. I *was* a repeat customer of theirs. Negatives:
It's a shame that I am unable to say anything good about their Customer Service staff. They're all LIARS and CROOKS. If you buy something, just hope that there's nothing wrong with what you have ordered. Otherwise you will experience the poorest customer service you are every likely to receive. Not only that, they will lie to you until you contradict ... ...then they will blatently lie to you.
For example:
Me: "I'm calling to check to see whether you have received my return".
Aria: "What's the RMA number"
Me: "bla bla bla"
Aria: "No it's not here."
AFTER obtaining proof of delivery.
Me: "I'm calling to check to see whether you have received my return".
Aria: "What's the RMA number"
Me:"bla bla bla"
Aria:"No it's not here."
Me:"But I have proof of delivery"
Aria:>"Hold the line please" .... ...

I've been a Aria customer for about a year now and have spent quite a lot of money with them, but until recently I had never dealt with their customer services. I ordered a memory cooler at the beginning of November, called a week after dispatched to say I hadn't received and was asked to phone back two weeks later. I did so and they told me they would dispatch another immediately, I found this odd as there web site said they had none in stock, but ... ...in December which I recorded, they said they would dispatch again that day. Then asked how this was possible as they did not have any in stock, I was put on hold for 2 minutes then the guy apologised and said he would dispatch a.s.a.p. at that point I just asked for my money back. The 28 days has been and gone, no money! I now have no choice but to take legal proceedings. For anyone thinking of using Aria please remember if you do not receive your ...
