www.loot.com is a website where you can advertise your items for free.
You can advertise almost anything to sell on loot and the website is really easy to navigate.
You can also auction your items for free which may help you to sell it a bit easier.
To advertise on the site you have to register with them and set up a profile, however you don't get any junk mail and you can select not to receive anything from them to. Basically to register you ... ...your ready.
To then log in you need your e-mail and password.
Advertising goods is really straight forward to. You select the cateogory you wish to advertise in i.e furniture, telephones, electrical items etc, select the price and you can choose near offer, or advertised price. The pages are uncluttered and well laid out with easy to find links to Loot’s other facilities. Ads are free of charge, and if your ad is in the auction section you can include a photo. It also offers a lot more too – such as finding entertainment locally, and you can do searches ... ...quite similar to Ciao in it’s layout, and is pleasing to look at with just two or three colours which don’t distract from the content.
You need to register if you want to buy/sell an item, registration is a simple process where you just need to complete your retails i.e.: e-mail address – house number – postcode- telephone number – password.

A site, which I sometimes use, is Loot.com. You can buy and sell anything by advertising in their regional paper. It’s free to put an advertisement in. If you e-mail them they can have you’re advertisement in the paper within a day. Another good point about the site is that they do not restrict you to one ad, you can advertise, as many times as you like, when you like. It comes out every Sunday, Wednesday and Friday, so the site is updates ... ... Cars, caravans, motorbikes Toys, kids items Computers, laptops, printers, scanners-computer desks Accessories- CD’s, compact disc players TV, Videos, hi-fi’s and other electrical goods. this was a hard site to master and to search on it lists lots of items but most of them dont have contact address's or numbers and most of the items are good but yet again all of the good items had no contact if you are looking for a good auction site i would suggest either cqout or yahoo
cause these are both easy to use when you e-mail them for assistance they get back to you a.s.a.p so try these sites before you go to loot who knows you may find ...

The newspaper is priced at £1.30 which I think is not that bad, considering the fact it has things for sale that cover all these sections: - Household
- Sound and Vision - Home - On the road - Recruitment - Computers - Holidays - Leisure - Personal All the listed sections are well represented with good bargains that are for sale in your area. With over a hundred pages of item for sale I think it is well worth a look when you want to buy something. ... ...You can also cheack the website out
What I find good about the loot newspaper is that it covers adverts in your area hence you have a realistic chance of being able to look at what your are buying. You can place an advert for free in the newspaper so it comes in handy if you want to sell something, again a service used as I sold my old computer when I ought a new one. Your add is placed in the next edition of the newspaper and it is so easy to do. ...
