Gunbroker.com absolutely sucks. As I see it there are five major issues with gunbroker.com. The first is the storage of your personal credit card information and the incredibly cumbersome process of terminating your own account and having that information removed from the gunbroker.com database. Auction Arms always purported themselves to be the best site. It was. It has now degraded to one where there is little care for it's customers, and there actually seems to be disdain for the smaller ones. Buyers, who are actually the customers of the sellers, not the site, are treated OK, but if they have a problem, it is very hard to get anyone to help you, especially if anywhere near a holiday or weekend, as AA seems to be a kitchen table outfit, run with minimal staff and resources.
