Yes, if you have problems, you deal with the obvious owner or director. Problem is, he doesn't listen to both sides before making a decision to suggest admitting feedback for a new user and having him removed from the sight as a buyer. Any decent decision maker should judge after hearing BOTH sides, not one only. And time should always be given to rectify a problem. GunBroker is not so quickly judgemental. Problems with sellers on either sight is more problematic than buyers. After all, sellers have the item and request payment before ever shipping an item out. That takes a ton of trust! Auction Arms obviously favors the sellers because that's who pays their bills. AA does not get my recommendation over GunBroker in any way at all!
