The design and format is definitely not as flashy as many of the larger companies, but for ease of use it scores high. Registering is a simple and straighforward process and placing bids or offering goods for sale is equally easy. The only disadvantage is that occasionally people place bids but then suddenly don't want the goods at the end, or turn out to have a defunct email address. But that's something that's likely to occur in any online bidding site, not just on Yahoo. Overall it's a good system, very user-friendly and easy to use.
