When I wanted to buy a new Digital Video Camera (PC100E). I found www.av-store.com. The site is great and the prices are very cheap. To my greater suprise they are not a fly-by-night company. I called Sony directly and asked them about av-store and they confirmed that av-store are an affliated company. So I ordered my Camera. 1 week later and the 48hour delivery didn't seem to have tranpired. They just couldn't get the stock. Basically the service was good, apart from 40 phone calls - all engaged. I cancelled my order with minimum fuss. But these guys really could do with a few more phones and a bigger warehouse. Check they have it in stock before you order and use the internet, the phones are always jammed.
