I bought this as an aid to breast feeding in public when my baby was only 2 weeks old. This was great at first, but once my baby got longer (he is a very long baby) we struggled to use it. It seems like my little one is squashed up, but still great for discreet nursing on odd occaisions whilst out and about. There are plenty of different positions to try and can be worn on both sides, and they are all explained in a handy little booklet with easy to follow diagrams. The £39.99 price tag is well worth it and I cant wait till my little one is a bit older so I can try some new positions. Overall a great buy, and can be used instead of taking a pram.
