I found this sling whilst browsing in Mothercare. I liked the idea of being able to have my baby close to me so bought it. Unfortunately, I couldnt seem to get the position right for my son when he was young. He hated the lying down positions and always seemed very squashed. I initially gave up on the sling but came back to it when he was a bit older (around 2-3 months) and had more neck control. By then he could try out a different position where he could be held against my shoulder so he could see what was going in. This seemed to work although he would only stay like that for short periods. I, however, never felt entirely safe. I am still unsure whether it was because I didnt have him in correctly or what but I always felt I stil had to have my arms around him which in a way defeated the purpose. I would say that this is a fiddly sling to use with lots of different positions and I didint find it easy to adjust it for me then for my husband. I have since purchased a more traditional carrier and both my son and I prefer that.
