I find it very ironic but not at all amusing that this company comes up as 'Just Kidding' on bank statements. I put in an order for a carseat, which the site promised would be with me within 72 hours, or someone would contact me immediately to tell me of a delay. When this time elapsed I called twice, only to receive an e-mail saying they would be taking delivery in 'a week or so' and would get it to me then. I again phoned twice, to then receive another e-mail promising a refund would be issued. 10 days later I am still waiting. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE! I have had to resort to using my credit card company to retrieve my money. Now they deserve a good review!
