Another bad review of babies 247. We ordered a Quinny Buzz 4 package 4 deal on 2nd March 2008. This has to date not yet arrived (it's the 11th April). Having now looked around the web I can see that they are not the most reliable of retailers (there are lots of negative reviews).
To date they have promised delivery twice and not delivered anything. They barely respond to emails, taking days in some cases, are extremely hard to get hold of on the telephone and seem happy to take money, but very reluctant to refund it.
I have taken advice from trading standards on 08454 040506. They stated that as this has not been delivered within 30days, the order is automatically cancelled and a refund should be issued. I have just sent a letter via a signed for service to babies247.com asking for a refund. I have contacted my credit card company too to try and secure a refund.

Please don't order from them, with this history, they deserve to go out of business!
************UPDATE*************** June 15th, still no communication from them. My registered post letter arrived - they didn't respond! My credit card company have issued me with a refund - nothing from the retailer. Makes the point that it's safer to buy using a c.c than any other method!
Still disappointed - but bought the pram from a local store - cost £40 more! Support local businesses!!
