Similarly to others we ordered two car seats nearly two months ago and they have never arrived despite constant chasing and their reassurances.
Now attempting to get my money back, which they took nearly 8 weeks ago. No answer to emails or my phone calls. Have logged the issue with Trading Standards.
I am utterly fed up by websites that over promise and cannot deliver. This is customer service at its absolute worst. You would think they would realise the importance of good communication and managing expectations. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU ARE TEMPTED BY THEIR PRICES.
Don't know what has gone wrong with them. Have been happy in the past. Do not buy from them even if tempted.
