I have had a similar experience - I ordered a buggy board and travel cot from babies247. After a week I emailed to chase the order and recieved an email saying that my items would be dispathched in the next 7 days. After 7 days I belatedly checked for reviews of this company and found out about the problems. I then chased my order by phoning through to the Southampton Store who put me through immediately to Cheryl in customer service. She was extremely pleasant and promised to find out what was happening and call back. Actually I called back the next day, but she had looked into my order and told me there were significant delays on both items. I canceled the order and have been told a refund is being processed. Actually the travel cot I want is not avaialble in the UK till October, so should never have been listed! And the popular Lascal buggy board should be a stock item. So thumbs down on the efficiency front, but on the plus side they don't seem to be trying to steal your money and were not that difficult to talk to either by email or phone. However if you want to recieve goods promptly I would leave them alone (or visit the store!)
