I placed an order on 6th October 2008, for a car seat. Babies 247 dedited my account instantly. My order didn't arrive. A week later I had to email them to find out what was going on. I was told the item was out of stock but would be in in ten days. Fifteen days later: no email and no car seat. I emailed again and was given an apology by Graham Short (again) and an offer to cancel. I cancelled on the 2nd Nov, and now on the 7th I still haven't received an acknowledgement nor have I been refunded. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before placing an order. As I think like others I will have to initiate court proceedings to get my money back. Why are Southampton Trading Standards letting these people continue to trade?
In the mean time I have ordered with 'preciouslittleone' whose service was excellent.
