Hi, I am writing to all the possible future user of the babies247.com web site. I have never been so disappointed before in my life. We have bought a security gate on the 25/08/2008 and after almost 2 month where the only communication we received was a automatic response saying "We apologise for the delay with your order. Your order will be dispatched in the next ten days via a 24hr courier. Sorry for any inconvenience caused." They do not wait to take your money, but they have the audacity of not crediting it back for almost 30 days after you request the reimbursement. As a feedback, be aware what kind of company you are dealing with. If you are interested in a sample of a letter for complain and reimbursement please copy and paste the following.

On the (date) I entered into a contract for the order number (XXX), where it has been requested of the supply and the delivery of a (Product name) for a total cost of £XXXX.
I have received communications where promises of delivery have been made and not delivered on time. Please find emails below where date and promises have been recorded.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 I would like to cancel the contract. I require full reimbursement of all monies paid within 30 days. If monies are not reimbursed in 30 days I would not have any other option than to report this to the Office Of Fair Trading; and submit a claim to the Small Claims Court, where you will be liable for costs and interest lost.
