I too have had an extremely poor experience with babies 247, which is extremely similar to many other people who have written reviews on this site.
I too purchased items with this company, but decided almost immediately but unfortunately after payment to cancel my order. After 30 days from my promised refund and after many calls, emails I too received the standard email stating that the company is unable to honour many orders. I had paid by debit card but fortunately was able to receive a refund because my card is a visa card - just a tip for any one else who has been ripped off by this company.
The websites home page is now closed, but without too much difficulty you can still buy items on the site.
This company gives internet trading a bad name and should be shut down
Advantages: Helpful customer service person, respond to email, refunded canceled order Disadvantages: Didn't have stock of items, seem inept at doing business
