Ease of Use

Simple

Advantages:	great price, brilliant results, and 3m swivel cord

I first recieved these straighteners, from amazon.co.uk for £34.99, which I thought was quite a reasonable price seeing as they go up to a huge top tempertaure of 230 degrees!

The box the straighteners come in is very big, and you get some freebies too which were 4 sectioning clips and a mat to put them on when you are straightening and to wrap them in for storage.

On the box it says:
- 30 second heat up

- Constant 230 degree tempertaure

- no cooling in use

- Tourmaline Ceramic

- 25% longer plates (they are about and inch wider than normal straighteners depending on what brand they are)

-poker straight high shine finish

- 3m salon type swivel cord for easy use.

There is also a very useful temperature dial which goes from 1 - 10
10 being the hottest setting at 230 degrees and 1 being the lowest at 130 degrees.

When I used them for the first week, there was a slight plasticy burnt smell that lingered for the first couple of uses, but after that it went away.

So, I sectioned my hair into sections and sprayed my hair with Lee Stafford Poker Straight Iron Spray which protected my hair from the heat. Because my hai is naturally curly I set the temperature to about 8, which I've found is just right for my hair.

The plates glided down my hair so smoothly, and I was left was almost stick straight bit of hair, when I touched my hair it felt very soft and it was shiny too. As I did the whole of me head, I could see how good the straighteners really were, they make your hair really straight and soft.

After a while, the straighteners don't make your hair so shiny or soft but the results are still great!

I defenitely reccommend you to buy these straighteners, although they aren't as good as GHD's they are half the price and give nearly as good results as GHD's.

So GO AND BUY THEM! You really won't be dissapointed!
