I am writing a review on the Hair Straightners Babyliss Pro 230.
I have really curly hair and have been holding out for such a long time to see if the GHD straightners will go down in price, cause i am not paying £100.
But one day i was walking around Gorgons pharmacy when i seen their selection of hair straighners - my friend told me that the 230 ones were really good, and just as good as GHD's - she spend almost 20 mins trying to convince me, so i gave in and purchased them for £40,they were down in price from £80 even though i still didnt believe her.
Anyway, i bought them and headed home, and thought i would give them a go, and i sat slicing my hair with the clips that came with the straightneres, and started straightening - and i cudnt believe it- My hair was poker Straight, i was straightening with no mirror so i just hoped for the best - and when i got half way through i looked in the mirror and i was poker straight.
So i can actually confirm that they are just as good if not better then GHD - Yes i know - nothing is better then GHD but these are brilliant, i will post a pik of me before and after to prove it lol :)
They came with a heat mat where you can place your straightners and not burn anything aswell as clips to seperate your hair.
it has different temperatures for your own conveinence and are small and easy to store. They heat up to the max within 30 seconds which is brilliant, not as fast as GHDs 8 seconds BUT still very good.
I am very happy with my purchase - Highly recommended.
