I have ordered on behalf of my work group a substantial £94 order on the 27th July. I am STILL WAITING for my delivery (today is 22nd August). I have been calling everyday the hotline number, which is the only telephone number displayed on their website, to get a voicemail message. I have left 3 voicemail messages, still no reply. I have emailed to 2 different email addresses to receive no reply. BAGOFSWEETS took payment the day i placed the order. Delivery should be 5-7 days from receipt of delivery. The order status was showing as "packing" until last week, Thursday 16th Aug, still no goods have arrived. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I will be contacting Trading Standards and Watchdog of this issue.

Placed an order on 18th September and still no goods have arrived. I've left several voicemails and sent numerous emails to all of the email addresses on the site. No response and no refund. Very frustrated and disappointed. Payment was taken the day I placed the order. Jayne

I have used this company on numerous previous occasions & the sweets have arrived really quickly & been fantastic. HOWEVER - I placed an order on 29th November (money taken out of account that day) & still haven't received anything. No responses to e-mails & no answer (or even answer machine) on the phone numbers. This order was for me & a colleague so I feel that I've let her down too as most of the items were for presents. I didn't check for reviews previously as I've used them before with no problems but after looking at other peoples recent experiences it appears that there has been a problem over the last few months - I would recommend everyone to STEER CLEAR at the moment. Extremely annoyed!!
