The offer looked great so I signed up without delay. Within an hour I was blocked out and unable to log in. I tried the on-line help since it could only be a minor technicality. Their e-mail server was unavailable. I tried via three different e-mail accounts but none of the messages got through. I had to use my existing provider and pay the line charges for all of this but to no avail. I contacted them through their 0800 sales hotline but they told ... ...on the basis that it would cost me 50p a minute for them to sort out a problem that only they could have caused. When they said there was no alternative I pointed out that there was - I cancelled immediately and demanded a refund on the grounds that the product was unfit for the purpose for which it was sold.
