The offer looked great so I signed up without delay. Within an hour I was blocked out and unable to log in. I tried the on-line help since it could only be a minor technicality. Their e-mail server was unavailable. I tried via three different e-mail accounts but none of the messages got through. When they said there was no alternative I pointed out that there was - I cancelled immediately and demanded a refund on the grounds that the product was unfit for the purpose for which it was sold.
