I must state that although l have used this site to browse l have not YET booked my holiday - basically because it is not until July we hope to get away and therefore to get a real bargain l need to wait until closer to the departure date - understandable really.

So whats so great? Well if you fancy takin yourself off for an inexpensive week (or fortnight!) in the sun look no further! This really is an excellent site with deals ranging from 99 pounds upwards.

You can choose from summer sun - usually allocated on arrival, flight only deals, and all inclusive breaks.

To search out what suits you is a holiday database search. You input details as the departure date that suits (also if you wish to see information of deals a few days before and after this is also an option), your preferiential departure airport, number of persons travelling, cost and type of prefered accomodation. Simply click GO and let the site do the rest.

A listing will then come up of available holidays - choose the destinations which interest you, take down the relevant codes relating to the holidays and give them a ring. You do not have to stick your credit card details into the pc. or there is an option for them to give you a call back - but if you are serious about a destination l would call them sharpish - they tend to go quickly. This is as far as l can tell you about the holidays at the minute cos l havent yet booked, but when l do l will let you know about the quality of service of the agents, how to get tickets (although l would assume depending on departure date you simply collect them at the airport!) and how the actual holiday fared!

So if you fancy taking off somewhere hot and you dont care where give bargainholidays.com a view - you never know you could be in Magaluff this time tomorrow!

UPDATE.....

We booked our holiday on Friday - easy peasy - could not be simpler. The girl (Sam) on the other end of the telephone was ever so helpful - talked me through the usually travel agenty things - passport insurance etc. Did not try to force carparking or foreign exchange on me. I was not put on hold at any time - great. The agent and excellent knowledge and was honest. We are going to Ibeefa (for the 3rd time!) not my choice but l dont care as long as the sun is shinning! Our studio appartment is clean but basic (apparently) and centrally located in San An - help!!! We shall receive our tickets 7 days prior to departure and l am awaiting on booking confirmation.

You should note that the price quoted on line is usually not the price of the holiday - our holiday was £189 each but there was an extra £15 (£7.50) each for flight transfers - not too bad - but please make sure you find out this information.

I would recommend booking your holiday this way - its exactly like visiting your local Lunn Poly except you do not have to move from the comfort of you home!
