All I can say is that my experience with this company has been an absolute pleasure and I would recommend anyone to consider using BE Direct before any other on line store. My experience with trying to purchase from Bennetts on line for example was atrocious and these big companies like Bennetts and Boots could learn a few things from BE Direct and their courteous and super efficient staff (Aron-Anita!) . I did have a problem with the Stoves cooker ...
...with the minimum of inconvenience. Without hesitation they arranged for an alternative to be sent out as soon as possible, the courier company they used were also wonderful with very courteous staff which all made for a trouble free transaction. One of the best, if not the best online electical retailers around. Their prices and most of all customer service skills are second to none. I purchased a samsung tv from them last year and one of the pixels was dead, they came and replaced it the next day. when the replacement arrived one of the pixcels was dead on that one too. They came and replaced that one next day also. the third set was perfect. None of this was BE Directs fault, it was Samsungs. ...

You could just tell by talking to them that their main concern was my total sattisfaction Their turnaroud was also so fast - between the first and third set being delivered only three days had passed.
