I too have had problems with this company. I ordered £45 of goods 9 days ago - their website promises next-day delivery for all orders over £30. They sent an email confirming my order was being dealt with on the day of order and another confirming they had taken money from my credit card account. The so-called 'Live Help' line is never working whenever I am on-line and they have failed to respond to the 2 emails I've sent so far. They have my money. ...

I wish I had read reviews on CIAO before using this site. I ordered (and paid for) goods over a month ago and have still not received them. I have been constantly fobbed off (when I do actually get a response). You can only contact the company through email on their site. They said they would refund my money but I'm still waiting. Cheap makeup with fast delivery, my delivery was free because I spent £30. My order arrived within 2 days and all items were in order. Great value for money and I think I saved about £20 on the high street prices.
