from august of 08 to april of 09 i have won over 20 items ranging in price from $4 to $1529 in 5 orders from bidz.com. everything has been exactly as described! i have contacted customer service 4 times via live chat and found them to be very helpful and courteous. the shipping costs and transactional fees as far as i'm concerned are reasonable. ( sellers on ebay have charged me $40 to ship a stud, and another $60 to ship a pendant! of course i wanted ...
...the only minor problem, (more of an annoyance really) is a few morons who place bids on many items at the same time and clearly have no intentions of trying to win them all. one loser had bids on over 20 items at one time that i counted. transformer21 seriously needs a life! he did this while the bids were still very low and i doubt he's ever actually won anything. he probably just gets a rise of seeing his user i.d. all over the place. anyways ...

Me and my friend bought two watches from bidz.com. Item description said that its an original item and pictures were just marvelous. But what we have received are extremely cheap Chinese replica's They cant be worn or gifted. its simply a waste of time and money.According to the return policy, only merchandise is refunded while the shipping cost as well is also significant. So by returning you lose even more I am writing this review so that all of you investing your time and money in search of reasonable deals, don't suffer as we did To summarize bidz.com is a fraudulent organisation ...

After reading these reviews I wonder if I have used the same site or is it just the possibility that all the positive reviews are written by bidz themselves, even the less glowing ones might be a sneaky self rating exercise. I don't have any problem with service, all helpful, so far.. yet to get my refund though. My issue is the product, which is why I find the reviews so confusing, The quality of the product is non-existent.. White gold, sterling silver, diamonds?? I think not, I've seen better quality from a cheap christmas cracker. the designs are lovely and promising until you receive a silver coloured coated tin(?) bracelet. It may be industrial plastic, I don't know. but a great exercise in time wasting! ...
