Overall user rating big-bids.com 3 reviews | Write a review | Add product to list

Here it is, the first honest opinion on big-bids.com. The other two are written by the owner and what must be the owner under another name- how anyone could give this site those ratings is beyond me. A quick search revealed no more than TWO items on the site (Ebay has ten million or something), ... Read review

Just use Ebay
Review of big-bids.com by McDog

Advantages: Punishes with its high listings fees the people who are stupid enough to use it
Disadvantages: only has 2 items, about 2 members, costs, useless site, owners using Ciao to advertise their site

...is meant to help consumers. Big-Bids.com has currently two ratings on here, one by the owner (5 stars) and one by kevinm who has only written one opinion and only trusts big-bids. Hmmm. Another appalling aspect is that it costs nothing to list most items on Ebay. On this site, you pay $7.95 a month to subscribe to a site where one person is likely to bid on it, no other members existing. On Ebay, a listing cost of $30 for a car is nothing compared ...
...It's just not worth it, by any stretch of the imagination. Ebay is a secure and respected website used by thousands upon thousands. This is a site with three items that costs $8 a month to subscribe to, and it has had no bids so far this year, nor does it have a privacy policy. If you want my advice, consumers, steer clear of this site if you're not intending to have a laugh. Just use Ebay, it's far more trusted. And, to big-bids, my advice is to ... Read review

Disadvantages: Subscription payment only accepted through Paypal.

...well! NO LISTING FEES: Big-Bids.com only charge one small monthly subscription fee of $7.95 (about £5.00UK) – For this fee, sellers can list an unlimited amount of Auctions, Classifieds and Wanted Adverts. This is the only payment you have to make to Big-Bids each month; there are no ‘Listing Fees’, no ‘End of Auction Fees’ and also no excessive fess to list vehicles and real-estate/property. SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT: The subscription payment is ...
...possible to use Big-Bids.com. Big-Bids.com do not accept credit card payments for the subscription fee, this is because the site was built to save people money and not have people running up expensive bills on their credit cards. Big-Bids.com can also help you to make money if you own a commercial site (see below). SIGNING UP: Signing up is so easy, you enter your preferred user name and your real name and address, you are then automatically transferred ... Read review

if anywhere, make it here
Review of big-bids.com by kevin-m

Advantages: much cheaper than most other auction sites i have used.
Disadvantages: none so far

this is a very well presented site, the layout is simple and easy to navigate. the biggest advantage of this site is that there is a one of monthly payment, for as many adverts as you like. good secure payment facilities too. there are many items listed within this site already, and the more it becomes recognised the bigger the site will get. because of the nature of this site, it is reagularly updated, and there are a constant amount of small ...
