Its customer support is the best that I've seen and I have order from these alot and that they can be beaten in price, but not in customer support. I was desperately trying to find a video that had become obsolete in the UK and I was often seen in pawn shops or video shops looking through their old video selections trying to find it. Blackstar have a wide selection of films at very good prices. Their triple packs are especially good value for money- get three videotapes, usually featuring the same actor, for less than £20 including postage. I bought three films featuring Hugh Grant- "Notting Hill", "Bridget Jones' Diary" and "Mickey Blue Eyes"- all excellent films.
