Blackstar, or now know as sendit.com, is the best for DVD's.

Its customer support is the best that I've seen and I have order from these alot and that they can be beaten in price, but not in customer support.

There products are always up to date, and that the information they provide is good. The way that you are able to make a "wish list" is the best, as I shop that much on the net, I always forget what I want.

The interface of the site is good, as you have a good layout that that you can navigate around easy, and for security, good. I have never had any problems with this, and that you can track your orders excellently.

The delivery is excellent, as they send then first class and that its free posting and packaging. Most times when I’ve ordered, they send it with 24-48hrs later.

For pricing, they are good, but not as cheap as I have found. They are excellent if you are looking for a film that’s not longer available, as they have a function called "hunt". This allows them to search around for you for either a new or used item. This costs about £16.99. I have used this feature, and if you don't mind the wait, they always come out on top.
