Anyone who has considered remortgaging will no doubt have first hand experience in searching through what seems like an endless supply of companies offering remortgage services or comparisons on the so called best deals in the market.
After scrolling through pages and pages of different companies I came back to Blue Financial which for me seemed to offer everything I needed. Apart from its attractive design and colour scheme the site is totally independent and easy to follow through well laid out navigation which offers a range of useful tools and services to assist the most incompetent of surfers, basically me, find the answers they are looking for!
The Mortgage section covers five main types of remortgage products which I imagine would suit every type of homeowners needs. On offer are general headings for: remortgages for any purpose, self employed remortgages, debt consolidation remortgages, Scottish homeowner remortgages (I didn’t even know there was a difference) and lastly remortgages for clients with adverse credit.
On first glance I thought what if I had adverse credit and needed to remortgage for the purpose of debt consolidation, would I have to click both headings! Luckily no, and on closer inspection each of the links go through to a separate page that explains the versatility of the products on offer and the fact they can be adapted to suit virtually all needs or expectations of the client. The beauty of which being they will take away the headache of sourcing the best remortgage deal by matching your needs to over 8500 mortgage products under the watchful supervision of a qualified mortgage professional who would be on hand to guide you through what could be a potential mine field when comparing products yourself.
Also in this section you’ll find the mortgage toolbox which offers you the ability to calculate your mortgage repayments, set and plan your monthly income and expenditure which you can then print off (this was a bit of an eye opener for me, but very helpful) understand the credit scoring system with the option to obtain a free copy of your credit file, an insight into the process of applying for a remortgage with adverse credit, a general Q & A from their brokers (which I feel is a little general and could be expanded) and finally a glossary which covers most of the terms associated with remortgaging and the key points to consider during the process. On the whole very helpful!
All throughout the site the navigation offers simple clearly defined links that do exactly what they say on the tin! Every landing page offers a return button aiding to ease of navigation and the content within provides the user with the ability to summarise the key points or if desired obtain a more in depth overview on the information required by simply following the ‘more information’ links at the bottom of paragraph of heading. I particularly liked this option as you’re not, like with some sites, greeted with reams of information. It is offered in bite sized chunks which are clear and concise making the experience more digestible and user friendly.
If you are considering a remortgage or you are in the process looking to remortgage give this site a look over, in my opinion you will not be disappointed with what’s on offer
