I was introduced to Bonusprint a few years ago by my friend, after I must have been complaining about having to take my memory card into Boots to get my pics developed and then go back to collect my pics… you know the drill. So she suggested I upload them online and they'll just get delivered ... Read review

Don't bother to ring Bonusprint's "Customer Service"

Advantages: Good quality prints, used to be good service
Disadvantages: Lousy service for telephone enquiries. Now slow and unpredictable turnaround

Having used Bonusprint's services for years, in my case to process 35mm film, today I had cause to ring them. Having sent a film on the 17th for processing and paid the "express" fee, it seemed reasonable to expect to get the prints back in under a week. When I rang them today on the 22nd to enquire the whereabouts they claimed to have only just received the film. The real point is that the woman on the end of the phone could [would] do nothing except ...
...refrain, "at this moment", leaving me to just wait up to another week. On this occasion I happen to need the pics for business purposes later this week. She refused to put me through to someone more senior, and may as well have been a recording. That would have been cheaper for Bonusprint and less frustrating for me. To have sent a message through to the lab asking for an assurance on my pics and relaying that back to me would have been simple. A ...

Bonus Print - Good website, atrocious service

Advantages: Web site is good
Disadvantages: They take your money, but don't send what you've ordered on time

I wish i'd read other people's comments before I uploaded my photos. Another case of Royal Mail being used as the excuse - this time "Addressee has gone away" was what BonusPrint are claiming Royal Mail said. The delivery address is my office in central London which is open 24/7 365, and I have items delivered when i'm not there on a weekly basis by Royal Mail so it's clearly a lie. 2-7 working days is what was promised - it's now over 3 weeks ...
...left in my mouth. My Father-in-law's birthday present - some framed photos of his grand children - is now late becuase of this appauliing turnaround time. I will never use BonusPrint again and have emailed everybody I know to warn them against using this company. Look at the "Amazing Service" reviews - ridiculous and so obviously written by employees. I used to use Bonus Print for normal film developing back in the day and never had a problem. ...

Bonusprint, good for Cards, not customer service

Advantages: Photos on Cards are very good, delivery is great, cheap too so not big risk
Disadvantages: Photogifts like mugs is the complete opposite, no updates or delivery

Last year I ordered a number of photomugs from Bonusprint, they didn't arrive, the replacements however did arrive, late. You make an order from them and they email you back to say it has been received, that is the last you will hear from them until the goods appear at some point I have been ordering cards from them for a couple of years and for that they are very good, this years christmas cards arrived within 4 days which is great. I ordered ...
...of someone elses, I messaged them and after a couple of days phoned, the woman on the phone told me that they had already been sent out, like I should already know this, when were they sent? that morning within 2hrs of my call, perhaps they should tell me of this rather than me chase them. the replacements arrived v quickly too This year's photo mugs has again not arrived yet, I have chased and the woman on the phone said that last orders for christmas ...

Quick review of bonusprint.com

I used Bonusprint after reading a review in Digital Camera. I downloaded 50 photos of a friends wedding to have a large photo book made. The download took absolutely ages and only succeeded on the 4th attempt. Ten days later I received the book and could not believe how shoddy it was! The majority of the pages had an uneven white strip on the outside edge where it had not been trimmed properly. I have been emailing them but with no avail. They maintain there has been no complaint made evn though I have copies of the messages. They have now said that I will have to send my friends wedding book back to them and they will have a look. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. DO NOT USE!!! ...

Quick review of bonusprint.com

I used Bonusprint several times without incident until I tried ordering several photo books at once. They took forever to load and I kept getting error messages. When I contacted customer service, I got the most useless and casual advice. I exchanged several emails, looking for some actual advice to help with the uploads, but it took well over a week to get it. By this point I had finally managed it by myself, but it was the last time I'll order from them. Delivery of the photo books also took close around 3 weeks, which I think is excessive. ...
