Disadvantages No customer service, emails ignored, phone manner disgraceful

Please DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I ordered over 150 prints on behalf of my mother on 22nd February. When She still hadn't recieved them by the 29th of February I emailed the customer services. I recieved no reply to my email. I emailed again, this email was also ignored. I then phoned their customer services & was told to "check with the sorting office" When I said my mother works for the post office, I was told " I said the sorting office, not the post office ok?!" I was then told that they would not reprint the order until after 14 days of the dispatch date and to ring back on the 10th March and I should check out the post office website as "Royal mail do not class mail as being lost until after 14 days". My mother then rang the sorting office to be advised they had nothing there and if it was sent 1st class it would have just been posted. I rang again today to request the photo's to be re-printed. I was put on hold for a few minutes then told that they "suppose" they would re-print them. I asked when I would recieve them to be told "well that depends on the postal service". I asked the woman her name and misheard her, so she SHOUTED her name down the phone and sighed and tutted!!! So I am now waiting to see if and when I get these pictures. Bad bad service. DO NOT USE!!!
