BooHoo sell a range of woman's clothing, which includes dresses, jeans, tops, jumpers, coats, foot-wear and accessories. I came across their website in the back of more magazine and there was a picture of a lovely dress in their advertisement which prompted me to go and have a browse and possibly buy from their website.

***HOMEPAGE***
When you go to the home page you will notice the tabs along the top which is where you choosr which catagory you want to browse, there is also changing pictures below these tabs which show their popular or most recent items. These can include coats, shoes or other clothing. Your shopping basket is on the top right of the screen and it tell's you how many items you have in your basket along with the total cost so far. This is really handy if you are on budget or you don't want to spend over a certain amount. Down at the bottom of the page is information such as contact information, FAQ's, Terms & conditions and more. The main homepage is fairly colourful with the pictures of different clothing making it attractive and eye-catching, espicially as these pictures frequently change.

***SHOPPING/FINDING ITEMS***
It's easy shopping on the website, you simply click on the item you want and then choose the size and quantity and add to basket, this will appear immediately in your basket. You also have the option to choose the colour of the item and you will see other suggestions that may go with the outfit such as a pair of shoes. You can search for specific items such as 'Stripe Jumper', just simply type the item into the search box and it will display all the results. This doesn't always work, how-ever if you aren't too specific you will always nearly get results from using the search. Next to the item it will tell you how many they have in stock and you can look at the size guide if you are unsure which size you will need. The size guide is very helpful as they tend to size things by Small, Medium & Large rather than actual sizes which I am used to buying, such as a size 8 or size 10.

***SHOPPING BASKET/CHECKOUT***
To see the items in your basket simply click on 'Viw Basket' at the top right hand corner. This will taje you to a screen where you can delete items, change sizes or change the quantity of items. You can also choose the continue shopping or checkout option. When paying for an item you can choose whether to create an account or to pay without creating an account. This is a good option if you want to place the order quickly and don't want to sign up to the website. After this you just simply fill out your delivery address. Once this is all confirmed you will be taken to a summary screen with details of your order so you can confirm everything is correct. You then pay for your item using a number of payment options they give you and you will be e-mailed a receipt and details of your order.

***RECEIVING THE E-MAIL/ORDER***
Shortly after placing the order I received an e-mail with all the order details with a 7 digit tracking number, this is for use for when the item is despatched you can trace your order to see where it is. I received a despatched e-mail about a day later saying my items had been sent out to me. I received the order within 2-3 days of me placing the order and the items were packaged well in plastic packaging. An invoice came with the clothes and again this had all my order details on and queries regarding returns/exchanges.

***THE CLOTHING IN GENERAL***
In terms of quality, I truly believe that you get what you pay for. I found myself paying £25 for a stripe jumper which was made of quite thick material. I thought the quality was very reasonable for the price I paid. You can purchase dresses from here for as little as £25, how-ever you may find that some of these as well as other items on here, may look a little tacky and cheap, so take a good look at the pictures before buying anything. I think price wise, this probably compares to shops such as New Look and places such as H & M. I found it hard to choose what size to get as they tend to be S/M or M/L sizes. I find that sometimes the S/M sizes are still quite big for me, who is normally a size 8 in tops.

***RETURN POLICY***
You can return items within 14 days or the date on the despatch note. These must be unworn with no marks and in their original condition. You can find more information about their return policy on their website, along with items you can/can't return due to hygiene reasons.

***OVERALL OPINION***
Shopping on the website was really easy and quick. I find that they sell out of some items very quickly, so if you see something on there you like, then it's best to buy it straight away. I think the clothes are fair quality for the price, how-ever their sizing can sometimes be dissapointing, but you can always use their Size guide to help you decide which size to purchase. I thought delivery was quick and everything was packaged well to avoid damage whilst in transit. I would shop here and again and probably recommend it to some of my friends as well.

***PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDER***
I wanted to add another bit to this review. A few days later I have actually realised that they have sent me a wrong item. There are 2 jumpers on their website which are very similar, how-ever they are slightly different. The jumper I ordered is a grey loose knit jumper with 3/4 sleeves and they have another grey loose knit jumper in the same coour but with something called batwing sleeves which are a lot bigger and hang down lower. I sent them an e-mail regarding their mistake which was 2 days ago and I am yet to hear anything back from them. They state that all e-mails are answered within 1 working day. I had a notification from them stating this when the first e-mail was sent. I shall wait another day for them to reply and see what happens then, and I will put the outcome of this on the end of this review.
