If there's a better way to find best prices for books on the web than www.BookBrain.co.uk, I've yet to discover it. While it doesn't sell direct, it provides the most accurate and comprehensive price search of 14 UK online bookshops, including Blackwells, Amazon, Ottakar's, and AlphabetStreet. Well try this site out, it labels itself ‘the smarter way too buy books’ so be smart and visit the site. I should point out the site doesn’t actually sell books but provides ‘accurate and comprehensive price search of Uk online bookshops on the web’ at the moment it searches 15 sites. I only put a title of a book in and I found it, not hundreds of matches but one so less time consuming.
