The best thing about Brewers Yeast is that you can use it all your life and you will never have to experience any side effects!
No matter which company you use, no matter how expensive this Brewers Yeast is, it takes time to show its use effects. Usually it takes about 3-4weeks to see and feel first results.
However in my case it took about 2months!

Brewers yeast is a natural source of all the major B vitamins, minerals and amino acids as well as other vitamins and it is suitable for vegitarians.
It does not contain any sugar, lactose, gluten and wheat, therefore it would suit most of the people I think.
The RECOMMENDED INTAKE depends on individual... usually it is about 3-6 tablets 2x a day along with food.

I think the nature has provided us with a wonderful product that stimulates healthy hair and nail growth, reduces pimples on your skin and makes it glow, makes it moist and soft, it also helps to reduce stress and head aches and get a good sleep overnight as well as helps to build and maintain muscles. I think this product is unique as it has impact on your looks and emotional state at a time!
I have been using Brewers Yeast from various companies over last 5 months and I can proudly say - its definately a product everyone should have! Especially if you do not like to eat bread - you can substitute it with Brewers Yeast tablets or powder that easily blends into juice or milk etc.
You will not find this product in Boots. However you can try Tesco! I got one bottle for £6.49 from tesco last month! If you want something cheaper then you could browse the net and find something as cheap as £3.75 including delivery charges! If you go to Holland & Barrats website it will show you a very high price for this product.. but in the actual shop you can get a 500 tablet bottle for just £4.29!!! That's what I have discovered today!
My advise is - get it as cheap as possible because all the Brewers Yeast ingriedients are same! :)
Advantages: A vital trace element for everyone's diet. Inexpensive and readily available as a supplement. Disadvantages: It is not advisable to take very high doses of Zinc (above 150mg per day) as such high dosage has been known to cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.
. However, if you are taking a higher dosage than 30mg per day, it is advisable to increase your intake of copper and selenium. Note, it is not advisable to take very high doses of Zinc (above 150mg per day) as such high dosage has been known to cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.
Shellfish, such as oysters, contain a high level of Zinc, hence their known aphrodisiac properties. Other excellent sources of Zinc is offal (which most of us hate), meat, mushrooms, eggs, wholegrain products and brewer’s yeast.
If you feel that your diet is lacking in Zinc checkout www.woodshealth.com where you can pickup a tub of 100 15mg tablets for £1.42 (normal price £3.55 or 250 15mg for £3.26 (normal price £8.15) – they have a half-price sale at the moment and free gifts if you spend over a certain amount. ...

Doctor, Doctor My little boy has just swallowed a roll of film!
Hmmmm. Let's hope nothing develops.
~~And where can I get it? ~~
Food of course or those handy little tablets the likes of Mr. Boots make, personally I’d go for the food option it’s much healthier and a damn site tastier. The main sources are
· Pork and lean meats in general
· liver, heart, kidney (Hmmmmm offal),
· Brewer’s yeast (does this mean beer has it too?)
· Eggs
· Leafy green vegetables
· Whole or enriched cereals, the outer part of the cereal is the richest in ...
