Price
If you're an O2 mobile customer, the price for O2 Broadband is unbeatable. You get the first three months of your (12 month) contract for absolutely nothing, there's no hidden fees like setup or installation etc.
After the 3 free months is up it's only £9.79 a month (dependant on what tarrif you choose). And even if you're not an O2 customer it's still much cheaper than all other ISPs (other than Be* who are the same company).
Fair Usage
Seems to be unbelievably good on O2. I use ALOT of bandwidth as I work from home, and am always uploading and downloading large files. As well as streaming movies, subsribing to many podcasts etc etc etc. They state there is no limit, but if they feel you're using so much that you're causing other customers a slow down, then they're cool with it.
Customer Service
UK based call centers, unlike some ISPs cough cough BT, cough cough Orange etc etc etc. Very friendly, very fast, very efficient. They also have a great section on their website so you can manage all your O2 accounts and view your bills online etc.
Up/Down Connection Speed
When I was leaving my old ISP Orange, they were trying to convince me that it was pointless because it'd be impossible for me to get a higher speed...... However on joining O2 my download speed almost doubled, and my upload speed increased 5 fold!
I believe this is possible because O2 are using ADSL2.
Hardware
The router seems to be pretty good, I get a far stronger wireless signal than I did with my Orange Livebox, and all my devices seem to have had no problems connecting to it. (consoles/pcs/mobile phones etc etc).
Conclusion
If you're on O2 and don't have O2 broadband you need to get on the case!If you're not an O2 customer get it anyway, or get Be* (same company)
Unquestionably the best ISP I've experienced.
